JOB DESCRIPTION
The role is to support Manager to manage the operation of Teller department. The main responsibilities include:

[li]Support Manager to approve/ reject transaction, to provide instruction within delegated authority[/li][li]Double check daily transaction and support other staff to fulfil their duties[/li][li]Check, verify and approve daily transaction in Aither system[/li][li]Check and reconcile transaction history reported by staff and give instructions to solve surplus and shortage of money[/li][li]Cooperate with other departments to process transaction smoothly[/li][li]Report to manager any concerns during performance[/li][li]Represent the bank to contact/ consult customers relating to above mentioned services and other assigned activities of marketing[/li][/ul]
JOB REQUIREMENT
[ul]
[li]University graduates (major in Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, Finance and Accounting);[/li][li]At least 2 years of working experience in teller job[/li][li]Sound knowledge of relevant Vietnamese Regulations[/li][li]Previous cash handling experience would be preferred[/li][li]Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good proficiency in English (Speaking & Writing)[/li][li]Customer service and well work in team with high responsibility[/li][/ul]
