JOB DESCRIPTION
- To provide independently and impartially market value for collateral on appraisal date by issuing internal appraisal report
- To successfully monitor and control appraisal services quality of outsourcing Appraisal Companies.
- To appraise collateral for internal usage purposes.
- To review outsourcing collateral appraisal reports and appraisal companies
- To verify all legal procedures relating to collateral.
- Build up collateral appraisal policy and procedure.
- May perform other related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor of Economics, Valuation or relevant field
- At least 3 year experience in valuation field in appraisal companies or banks
- Strong work ethic
- Had Certificate from MOF (Thẻ thẩm định giá)
- Excellent office software skills (MS excel, word, power point)
- Teamwork
- Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking
- Self-motivation
- Work under pressure
- Fluent English
