JOB DESCRIPTION

[li]Cash/cheque withdrawal and deposit[/li][li]Money Exchange[/li][li]Demand Draft issuance/encashment[/li][li]Inward Telegraphic Transfer[/li][li]Delivery of ATM card/credit card/overseas card/cheque book to customers[/li][li]Customer inquiries about RBWM products and services[/li][li]Specific ownership of complex or high value transactions requiring additional knowledge or experience[/li][li]Provision of excellent customer service, by providing an efficient, friendly and prompt service[/li][li]Actively participate in the “customer retention” strategies as directed by managers to ensure customers are retained[/li][li]Actively introduce alternative delivery channels such as Personal Internet Banking and Express Banking facilities[/li][li]Support Counter Team and handling customer compliants[/li][li]Pro-actively take ownership of complex and high value transactions, with minimal referrals to line managers[/li][/ul]
JOB REQUIREMENT
[ul]
[li]Bachelor Degree with 2 - 5 years experience in relevant field[/li][li]Knowledge of cashiering procedures and regulations[/li][li]Knowledge of core products, sales referral opportunities and Customer Relationship Management system[/li][li]Knowledge of appropriate branch operational procedures[/li][li]Awareness of compliance and regulatory issues as required[/li][li]Strong interpersonal and customer service skills[/li][li]Good decision making skills and proven ability to deliver accuracy and efficiency[/li][li]Ability to coach and guide Teller in complex transactions & enquiries and in providing outstanding customer service[/li][/ul]
