JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting line: Legal & Compliance Deputy Director/Director
[ul]
[li]Ensuring operations of Shinhan Bank Vietnam in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; guidelines or regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam, relevant Vietnamese authorities as well as the bank’s charter and internal policies[/li][li]Providing legal advices to BOM, branches, other departments in relation to banking business and operation[/li][li]Reviewing Bank policies, guidlines, contracts & other documents[/li][li]Legal briefing, legal systemazing[/li][li]Other as assigned by Legal & Compliance Director/Deputy Director[/li][/ul]
JOB REQUIREMENT
[ul]
[li]Experience & knowledge in Banking industry at least 3 years[/li][li]Ability to identify areas of risk or weakness and suggest process of improvement[/li][li]Being accountable, detail-oriented, pro-active[/li][li]Ability to work both independently and in team environment[/li][li]Fluently in both English & Vietnamese (in both writing and presentation)[/li][li]Bachelor of law, law practitioner certificate is one preference[/li][/ul]
