Technical Leader (TREASURY, FX TRADING/DEALING & AML)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical leadership: Act as Technical Leader for projects in the Treasury, FX Trading/Dealing and AML systems
• Architecture and integration design: Design solution and integration architecture between Treasury, FX and AML systems and Core Banking, payment and settlement systems (CITAD/IBPS, SWIFT), and other internal/external platforms.
• Delivery and operations: Coordinate development teams, implementation partners and business units throughout the delivery cycle, from requirement clarification and design to testing and Go-live.
• Team management: Assign tasks, guide and mentor technical team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent education, training and experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in developing or implementing banking systems, including at least 3 years as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Treasury, FX Trading/Dealing, AML. Experience in large-scale implementation projects is preferred.
• Experience in application and integration architecture design (API, Micro-service); solid understanding of Core Banking and Payment & Settlement systems (CITAD/IBPS, SWIFT).
• Experience developing applications with Java and Spring/Spring Boot (or .NET); experience migrating from monolithic architecture to Microservices is preferred.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Git, Jenkins or GitLab CI; knowledge of Docker; Kubernetes experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• English: able to read technical documents or communicate with international partners and experts.
• Team leadership and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders at once.

WORKING HOURS & LOCATION

Working hours

• Monday to Friday, with a flexible start time (8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00).
• Two Saturday mornings per month (8:00–12:00).
• 1.5-hour lunch break.

• 19 Ba Trieu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi (GPBank Headquarters), or
• 18 Pham Hung, Tu Liem, Hanoi (IT Division, Digital Project)
