Senior Expert, Multimedia Production

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Expert in Internal Communication & Multimedia Production to drive employee engagement through compelling visual storytelling. This role is responsible for managing internal communication channels while leading the production of high-quality photo, video, and multimedia content that brings our culture, people, and business initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities

Multimedia Content Production & Storytelling

• Lead the planning, filming, photography, editing, and post-production of internal communication videos, employee stories, leadership messages, event highlights, and culture campaigns.
• Capture professional photography and videography for internal events, employee engagement activities, leadership communications, and employer branding initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual narratives aligned with company culture and business priorities.
• Produce engaging multimedia content including videos, reels, motion graphics, animations, podcasts, and other digital assets across internal communication platforms.
• Ensure all visual content maintains high production quality and aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.

Communication Channel Management

• Own and manage internal communication channels including intranet, Viva Engage/Yammer, Microsoft Teams communities, email newsletters, digital signage, and employee communication platforms.
• Develop and maintain communication calendars to ensure timely, consistent, and engaging content delivery across all channels.
• Monitor channel performance, employee engagement metrics, content reach, and audience insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain channel governance, editorial standards, and content guidelines to ensure brand consistency and communication quality.
• Collaborate with IT and platform owners to enhance digital employee communication experiences and drive platform adoption.
• Leverage analytics and employee feedback to optimize content formats, channel strategies, and audience engagement.

Event & Live Communication Support

• Lead photography and videography coverage for company events, town halls, leadership forums, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
• Support livestreaming, virtual events, and hybrid communication formats to maximize audience participation and experience.
• Ensure key organizational milestones and events are effectively documented and communicated across the organization.

• Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns that promote employee engagement, organizational culture, and key business initiatives.
• Develop creative visual and multimedia content to support communication campaigns across various internal channels.
• Assist in communicating key messages related to employee engagement activities, recognition programs, CSR initiatives, and organizational updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure communication materials are delivered effectively and aligned with campaign objectives.

• Work closely with HR, Branding, Culture, and other internal stakeholders to support communication and content production needs.
• Contribute creative ideas and recommendations for enhancing employee communication and engagement through multimedia content.
• Stay updated on emerging communication, multimedia, and digital content trends to continuously improve content quality and audience engagement.
• Share knowledge and best practices in content creation, photography, videography, and communication channel management with team members when appropriate.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• 5+ years of experience in Internal Communication, Multimedia Production, Corporate Communication, Employer Branding, or related fields.
• Proven hands-on experience in videography, photography, video editing, and multimedia content production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent creative tools.
• Experience managing employee communication channels such as SharePoint, Viva Engage/Yammer, Microsoft Teams, intranet platforms, and email communication systems.
• Strong storytelling, content creation, and visual communication skills.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production, photography projects, and communication campaigns.

Preferred

• Experience working within large organizations or corporate communication environments.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, podcast production, and livestream technologies.
• Experience utilizing analytics and reporting tools to measure content and channel effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
