[HO] - DIGITAL LOAN PRODUCT

1. Product Research & Development:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in unsecured lending and digital credit.
• Propose, design, and develop new unsecured lending products or enhance existing ones to align with business strategy and market potential.
• Prepare comprehensive product documentation such as Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Product Requirements Document (PRD).

2. Cross-Functional Coordination & Implementation:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, IT, Operations, Marketing, Sales) to ensure product feasibility, compliance, and effective rollout.
• Manage project timelines, testing, and implementation of new product modules or digital lending features.
• Liaise with external partners or fintech vendors when applicable to enhance digital loan platforms.

3. Product Performance & Optimization:

• Monitor key performance indicators and financial results of unsecured lending products.
• Analyze customer feedback and sales performance to recommend process or policy improvements.
• Regularly review credit policies, pricing, and underwriting criteria to ensure competitiveness and risk control.

4. Sales Enablement & Support

• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for sale channel to improve product understanding and sales efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to business units during product implementation and customer advisory processes.
• Support the development of product roadmaps, and sales targets for unsecured lending products.
• Prepare regular product performance reports and suggest initiatives for improvement
