Mô tả công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, retention mechanics, and user lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (familiarity with SQL, dashboards, A/B Test is a plus).
- Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Digital Product is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
