Job description:
- Deal with customer’s daily request, and daily transactions;
- In charge of AML issues such as conduct KYC review / update; FATCA update….;
- Assist in making credit application and credit monitoring;
- Support RMs in documentation, arranging logistic;
- Maintain and further develop business relationship with customers to increase bank’s benefits;
- Advising account opening procedure and promoting SMARTS related service for new customers;
- Ensure the completion of bank procedures in all transactions;
Requirements:
- University graduated; Degree in Economics, Banking and finance is preferable;
- Working experience in related field is preferable;
- Fluent in English (business level);
- Japanese command such as 1 kyu is preferable;
- Having ability to work under high pressure with accuracy;
- Good sense of team work and responsibility;
- Good communication skills;
- Good command in computers;
- Good organizational and planning skills;
