Bạn sẽ làm gì?/ What you will do:

Main duties: Support information service to clients, so as to enhance brand image and relationship with them. Details as below:
-
Work as a team with other officers to organize and conduct series of seminar for Japanese and non-Japanese customers;
-
Translate the Vietnamese news article in English or Vietnamese to Japanese for weekly SMBC newsletter;
-
Search for required information by internet, telephone or direct contact;
-
Contribute ideas and articles to SMBC newsletter for further development;
-
Support other members of the department for administrative work;
-
Summarize or/and translate information from Vietnamese to English/Japanese based on the demand from the department head;
-
Report updated information of relevant organizations or agencies to other members of departments;
-
Support research activities, such as distribution of questionnaire or data input;
-
Liaise and attend meetings with relevant agencies or company to perform duties and aid business and organizational development;
-
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Chuyên môn của bạn/ What you are good at: -
University graduated;

Good organizational and planning skills;

Japanese skills at business level, up to N1 level.

Good English command;

Interested in writing, reading and translating;

Hard working and customer oriented thinking;

Not hesitated to do time consuming or minor work;

Good at searching information source via books, articles or internet;

Good command in computer.
