Job description:
- Supporting for Marketing Team in implement customer’s information for Know Your Customer (KYC) profiles;
- Operational processing of KYC is the first lines of defense against money laundering;
- Gathering data from numerous internal and external sources (client files, electronic files, etc) to complete KYC profiles;
- Reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy of KYC data;
- Conducting due diligence and enhanced due diligence on new and existing clients;
- Determining frequently KYC information will need to be updated based on risk rating;
- Monitoring and updating processing procedures;
- Resolving any issues necessary to complete reviews and liaising with other departments;
Requirements:
- Fluently in Japanese language (a must)
- Background in financial services industry working on AML/KYC is preferred.
- Communication skills; detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently and in team environment; strong integrity;
- Ability to enforce standards/policies while balancing business needs.
