Job description:
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
The incumbent will conduct back-office operations in remittance area:
- Contact customer to collect supporting documents for overseas outward remittance;
- Assist with customers' queries;
- Handle SWIFT payments;
- Process inward/local outward remittance transaction;
- Investigation of non-receipt of funds and returned funds;
- Provide administrative support (e. Filling documentation, Reconciling of reports) to the team;
- Completing other tasks as assigned by Team Leaders and Head Department.
Requirements:
- University graduates, majoring in Banking & Finance or Economics is preferable;
- Obtaining solid banking knowledge. Experience in multinational banks will be a plus;
- Good interpersonal skills. Advanced English and computer skills;
- Mature, diligent, good sense of team work and responsibility. Ability to work under high pressure;
