This role is responsible for training functions of CCPL team, including On-board training, agent/team leader’s development skill…

[li]Design and develop training program for Sales agent and Sales Team leader.[/li][li]Training plan budgets each year[/li][li]Evaluate the effective after training.[/li][li]Design soft skills training programs[/li][li]Work closely with team leaders, managers in planning training activities.[/li][li]And other task from line manager.[/li][/ul]
JOB REQUIREMENT
[ul]
[li]Strong consultancy and people influence skills[/li][li]Prefer candidates who have sales experience[/li][li]A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Trainer or Team Leader in service, customers, financial, insurance…[/li][li]Excellent presentation and training delivery skills[/li][li]Strong experience in internal events[/li][li]Strong management, organization and planning skills[/li][li]Strong training and development skills such as design, implementing and evaluation[/li][/ul]
