JOB DESCRIPTION

[li]KPI branch performance calculation & allocation.[/li][li]Propose incentive scheme for Retail RM (RRM - sale officer)[/li][li]Monthly retail loan & KPI reports for General Manager/ RRM team; Mother bank reports to Korea.[/li][li]Quarterly incentive scheme & RRM performance[/li][li]Add reports per management’s requirements.[/li][li]Sale support programs, monthly RRM meeting preparation,[/li][li]Support branch inquiries in branch KPI & RRM-incentives & especially some allocated branches[/li][/ul]
JOB REQUIREMENT
[ul]
[li]Bachelor of Economics/Finance or relevant field[/li][li]At least 2 years’ experience in relevant fields, mathematics & statistic field is preferable[/li][li]Good in mathematics[/li][li]Problem Solving/Analytical skill[/li][li]Presentation skill[/li][li]Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Refer staff understand Sas.[/li][li]Team work, hardworking, time managing.[/li][/ul]
