Full-time Interns for Front and Back Office (Without Allowance)
Job Description
This is a full-time intern role based in office/Branches in Hanoi.
The internship duration is 3 months starting immediately.
The intern is responsible for either front office role (e.g. Branch sales, Mortgage sales) or back office one (e.g. Finance, HR, Commercial Banking , IT, …). This is the opportunity for interns to learn and work in the really international environment. These roles provide services to all customer types by ensuring all necessary actions are conducted in a friendly and timely manner within agreed response times.
Accountabilities depend on each kind of roles
Front office role
Provide a friendly and timely services to all customer types
Call the customers for product promotion/information update/ late repayment
Answer customers’enquiries
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Back office role
Upload customer applications and input data in the system
Upload contract,vendor information in the system
Support in sharepoint maintenance
Support in solving user request on hardware/software issues.
Support in other administration work
Job Requirement
Strong communication in English and Vietnamese
Strong commitment to customer services
Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Be open and honest attitude aligned to the ANZ Values

Cơ hội được làm banker chính thức bao giờ cũng mong manh hơn là được đi thực tập. Mà thực tập trong khi mình chưa có kinh nghiệm thì cần gì lương, được đào tạo và tiếp xúc với công việc thực tế, coi như 1 khóa học Free còn gì. Thử việc cũng được đào tạo và làm quen, nhưng ko được chủ động thời gian như thực tập
