This is a full-time intern role based in Phu My Hung, Dist.7, HCMC. The internship duration is 3 months starting immediately.
The intern is responsible for either front office role (e.g. Call Center, Collections) or back office one (e.g. Cards Operations, Consumer Finance, MIS, IT, Sourcing). This is the opportunity for interns to learn and work in the really international environment. These roles provide services to all customer types by ensuring all necessary actions are conducted in a friendly and timely manner within agreed response times.
Accountabilities depend on each kind of roles
Front office role
Provide a friendly and timely services to all customer types
Call the customers for product promotion/information update/ late repayment
Answer customers’enquiries
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Back office role
Upload customer applications and input data in the system
Upload contract,vendor information in the system
Support in sharepoint maintenance
Support in solving user request on hardware/software issues.
Support in other administration work
Requirements:
Strong communication in English and Vietnamese
Strong commitment to customer services
Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Be open and honest attitude aligned to the ANZ Values
Good keyboard and computer skills

^^, cũng đang thực tập bên đó. Bạn chưa thấy reply chắc là vị trí đó có ng làm rồi. ANZ tuyển thực tập cũng nhiều lém, nên bạn cứ canh cỡ 1 tháng rưỡi trở đi thì me tin tuyển dụng intern mới (mình nghĩ vậy). :), thực tập bên ANZ hơi bị cực, đã zị còn ko lương, nên nhà gần chi nhánh tuyển thì đỡ hơn.
Tùy vị trí bạn à. Làm như thật - chịu trách nhiệm thật. Theo mình thấy thì ANZ tuyển intern nhiều. Với những sinh viên như mình thì thấy bỏ công, bỏ sức cũng không sao, vì có cơ hội va chạm với công việc thực tế trước khi chính thức đi làm. Còn với other people nhìn với khía cạnh khác thì như là mình bị lợi dụng.
Công việc cụ thể thì nó chi tiết lắm bạn. Không liệt kê nổi đâu. Mình đang thực tập post BA, làm mấy việc thiên về Admin văn phòng, tuy nhiên kiêm receptionist nên bị chửi là bị chửi cả 2 đầu, 1 là complaint từ phía khách hàng, 2 là complaint từ phía nhân viên. :-s
Đợt mình apply qua vietnamworks không thấy phản hồi (CV mình khá ổn). Lần sau chắc phải nhờ anh chị nào trong ANZ refer. Không biết các bạn thực tập rồi, cho biết kinh nghiệm qua vòng hồ sơ
