Job description:

• To assist the Officer to provide satisfactory banking services and operations support to all external and internal customers.
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Vietnam on the opening of accounts, fund transfer and placement of deposits
• To handle cash, fund transfers, clear cheques and other frontline transactions including posting of vouchers.
• To perform end of day cash balancing and vouchers
• To perform filling for all documents on frontline products
• To provide high service quality to all level of customers.
• Attend to customers enquiries complaints and ensure that they are attended to and resolve expeditiously.
• To handle cash, fund transfers, clear cheques and other frontline transactions
• To open accounts, to maintain customer information change and to scan signatures
• To perform end of day cash balancing and vouchers
• To perform filling for all documents on frontline products, and to send advices / account statements to customers
• To perform add-hoc job assignment which shall be assigned by the management from time to time
• To perform General Ledger Accounting and relevant reports.
• To perform VAT Declaration.
• To prepare internal and external report periodically.
• To handle internal accounting (check supporting document and posting entry).
• To comply with all internal policies and manuals.

Requirements:

Education/Qualification:

• Graduate from University or College (main subject: banking, finance, accounting)

Experience

• At least 2-year-experience in relevant position
• To handle customer service
• To handle cash transaction or accounting posts.
• To perform internal accounting (VAT declaration, prepare assigned report, posting to GL)

Special Skills

• Good speaking English to be able to communicate with foreign customers.
• Binh Duong resident is referable
