Job description:
- To assist the Officer to provide satisfactory banking services and operations support to all external and internal customers.
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Vietnam on the opening of accounts, fund transfer and placement of deposits
- To handle cash, fund transfers, clear cheques and other frontline transactions including posting of vouchers.
- To perform end of day cash balancing and vouchers
- To perform filling for all documents on frontline products
- To provide high service quality to all level of customers.
- Attend to customers enquiries complaints and ensure that they are attended to and resolve expeditiously.
- To handle cash, fund transfers, clear cheques and other frontline transactions
- To open accounts, to maintain customer information change and to scan signatures
- To perform end of day cash balancing and vouchers
- To perform filling for all documents on frontline products, and to send advices / account statements to customers
- To perform add-hoc job assignment which shall be assigned by the management from time to time
- To perform General Ledger Accounting and relevant reports.
- To perform VAT Declaration.
- To prepare internal and external report periodically.
- To handle internal accounting (check supporting document and posting entry).
- To comply with all internal policies and manuals.
Requirements:
Education/Qualification:
- Graduate from University or College (main subject: banking, finance, accounting)
Experience
- At least 2-year-experience in relevant position
- To handle customer service
- To handle cash transaction or accounting posts.
- To perform internal accounting (VAT declaration, prepare assigned report, posting to GL)
Special Skills
- Good speaking English to be able to communicate with foreign customers.
- Binh Duong resident is referable
