Job description:
- Develop and maintain the relationship with SME customer from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan;
- Assist the senior custom relation manager to maintain the relationship with large corporation customer from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Vietnam local, help process credit apply related issue.
- Respond to above mentioned corporate customer’s demand for banking services. Collect customer information, submit credit financing report. Make after credit monitor on customer finance status, prepare the monitor report.
- Customer transaction process coordination and liaison, improve customer satisfaction, facilitate the achievement of each performance target.
Requirements:
- Straightness and honest, having strong sense of innovation, job responsibility and teamwork spirit;
- College degree or above in economics, finance, business administration or the like;
- At least 3 years working experience and 1 year in banking customer relation manager position;
- Below 35 years of age
- Familiar with office software operation;
- Capable of Mandarin speaking, reading and writing skills; knowledge of English would be preferred.
Salary: $1000-$2000/month
