Job description:
Handling the following full main tasks:
- Execute international outward/inward remittance.
- Check documents, process transaction into the system and submit to supervisors for approval.
- Check balance of all accounts.
- Follow supporting documents, ask customers to submit documents fully.
- Contact with customer for solving problems.
Requirements:
- University graduate in relevant fields (banking, finance, foreign trade or equivalent professional qualification).
- More or less 2-year working experience in overseas remittance of foreign banks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to serve both internal and external customers.
- Computer literacy and proficient in English.
- Competency for working under pressure.
- Work fast and reliable.
