Job description:

Handling the following main tasks:

Deposit Operations:

• Handling statements or other account documents to customers
• Handling account opening, closing and alteration for corporate and individual customers
• Issuing deposit balance certificate

Domestic Remittance:

• Handling inward and outward remittance
• Check transactions in clearing system (inter-bank system, VCB e-bank system)
• Cooperating with other departments to provide best services to customers

Requirements:

• University degree
• More-than-5-years experience in domestic remittance (in which more-than-2-years experience in the same position) in commercial banks (in other foreign banks preferable)
• Capable to work under high pressure such as overtime work and increasing demand from customers
• Fluent in English communication
• Age: below 32
