Job description:
Handling the following main tasks:
Deposit Operations:
- Handling statements or other account documents to customers
- Handling account opening, closing and alteration for corporate and individual customers
- Issuing deposit balance certificate
Domestic Remittance:
- Handling inward and outward remittance
- Check transactions in clearing system (inter-bank system, VCB e-bank system)
- Cooperating with other departments to provide best services to customers
Requirements:
- University degree
- More-than-5-years experience in domestic remittance (in which more-than-2-years experience in the same position) in commercial banks (in other foreign banks preferable)
- Capable to work under high pressure such as overtime work and increasing demand from customers
- Fluent in English communication
- Age: below 32
