Job Description:

  • Lead the technical development and implementation of the bank‘s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for the development and integration of CRM system.
  • Lead the technical team responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM system.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of CRM system, and work to continuously improve them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CRM vendors and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in CRM, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage risks and issues related to the technical aspects of CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM, with a focus on technical development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, development methodologies, and technologies.
  • Experience leading the technical design and development of large-scale CRM system.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with leading CRM solutions, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer.
  • Experience managing vendors and partners.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with system integrations.
