Senior Manager, Regulatory reporting

The job holder responsible for:

• Ensure the issuance of periodic and irregular reports related to banking activities at the request of the State Bank, relevant agencies, Techcombank's domestic and foreign partners fully and timely , uniform and precise.
• Participate in the implementation of the Basel II project in accordance with the roadmap of the State Bank.

2.Develop, manage, monitor and implement the Unit's budget according to the approved quota.

3.Prepare and implement the operation plan of the Unit according to the operation orientation of the Division.

4.Identify risks of the unit during operation, coordinate with related units to come up with methods of measuring and minimizing risks.

5.Ensure that the Department's activities comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc. and service quality commitments (SLAs)

6.Directing, assigning, developing instructions and procedures on the unit's operations, the process of making periodical reports between the Customer Finance Department and other units throughout the bank

7.Directing, assigning implementation and controlling, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and reasonableness of making periodical reports at the request of the State Bank, the NSC, the Deposit Insurance and other relevant agencies. ; and reports sent to Techcombank's domestic and foreign partners.

8.Directing, assigning implementation and controlling, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and reasonableness of the preparation of ad-hoc reports at the request of the State Bank, the NSC, the Deposit Insurance and relevant agencies. other; and reports sent to Techcombank's domestic and foreign partners.

9.Support and guide units to check data on statistical reports and report to functional agencies of their units.

10.Directing, assigning implementation and controlling, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and reasonableness of preparing compliance reports as required by FI lenders.

11.Acting as the focal point of the Center for Accounting and Taxation in alerting TCB's operational safety indicators according to current regulations.

12.Acting as the focal point to manage, monitor and update changes to ensure that the principles of calculating capital adequacy ratio, equity capital, operational risk and credit risk on the CAR Engine System comply with regulations. current regulations of the State Bank.

13.Acting as the focal point at the Finance Department to coordinate the provision of information within the Division to the State Bank Inspectorate, Government Inspector, Deposit Insurance Inspector, State Audit... from time to time, ensuring on schedule. and get the best results.

14.Controlling, assigning to provide accounting data on statistical reports and reporting to authorities to ensure completeness and accuracy for units in the system as well as partners and agencies. outside agencies upon approval of the competent authority and have suggestions to the Head of Accounting and Taxation in case it is not reasonable.

15.Acting as the focal point of the Supervisory Board to direct, assign and control the information provided to domestic and foreign credit rating partners within the scope of information of the Management Unit.

16.Acting as the focal point to work with the SBV, partners and internal units to direct the project implementation on the statistical reporting system according to the regulations of the State Bank in the role of Project Director working with the SBV. Close the options and control the completion schedule, coordinate the project on schedule and ensure quality

17.Acting as the focal point for directing and assigning unit staff to implement transformation and automation projects led by the Unit. Acting as the focal point of the Supervisory Board to direct and assign staff to participate in transformation projects on a bank-wide and inter-branch scale, ensuring the project is on schedule within the Department's scope of work.

18.Perform other related tasks at the request of Division Director, Head of Accounting and Taxation

• Graduated from university or higher majoring in economics, finance and banking; Preference will be given to candidates who have been trained in specialized courses in finance and accounting, data management và analysis, have a master's degree or relevant professional certificates (ACCA, CPA, FRM ...)
• At least 8 years of experience in banking and finance; 4 years of management experience
• English: prescribed by the bank for each period
