Officer, Project Management Support (PMO)

The job holder supports Agile Tribes and Foundational Intiatives function by facilitating reporting, management accounting, logistics activities to ensure successful implementation of bank-wide initiatives.
The job holder collaborates with cross-functional teams within the divisions in the bank for operational consistency across bankwide initiatives in activities relating to finance, procurement and human resources.

A. Operations Support and Governance

• Provide logistics support for Leaders and the team, workshops, governance meetings and be the contact point for building the Agile working environment for the Business Design Team.
• Dedicated to specific tribes to support with procurement proposal preparation and tracking, cost monitoring and reporting.
• Support STEERCO meetings arrangements and preparation of required documentation including language translation.
• Maintain the knowledge base of the Business Design team as required.
• Support tribe operational activities as required.

B. Resource Management

• Assist with resource planning for assigned tribe.
• Participate in onboarding of new team members.
• Organise asset management for assigned tribe.
• Support tracking resources and performance management aligned with interaction model between other divisions and Business Design team.

• 1-2 years of experience as a PMO (Project Management Officer), Project Manager, or Executive Assistant.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities, with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
• Proactive, hardworking, quick to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.

• Graduated from a top-tier university in Vietnam or abroad.
• Major in Economics, Finance, Banking, or other related fields.
