Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for all aspects of daily operations for the assigned funds, including accounting booking, trade processing, fee payment and other investment activities.
- Handle the Net asset values (NAV) for funds with pre-agreed deadline with client.
- Prepare timely and accurately the Financial Regulatory (SSC) reports.
- Work closely with Fund Management Companies (FMCs) to review audit reports of fund.
- Collaborate with FMCs to review Fund document (Charter, Prospectus), Fund accounting policy, pricing policy.
- Record accurately, and in accordance with the Department policies and procedures, such accounting records for income.
- Work closely Custody team and other team in the bank for smoothly daily operation.
- Update the Procedure of Department.
- Support monitoring daily operations for the funds to make sure it is complied with fund’s Charter and Prospectus.
- Answer daily queries of clients.
