2. Advise the competent authorities:

• Proactively propose process improvements to relevant units in order to bring the highest efficiency to Techcombank's debt settlement.
• Advising the Head of Department / Team Leader in the process of developing or coordinating with other units to develop draft documents related to debt collection activities in the whole system.

3. Other responsibilities:

• Update and report to the Competent Authority on the progress and results of the implementation of the debt settlement plan periodically/at the request of the Competent Authority.
• Other tasks assigned by Leader.
• Implement and participate in activities to build the company's organizational culture.

Bằng cấp/Nghiệp vụ: Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Luật

Kinh nghiệm:

• Chuyên môn: tối thiểu 4 năm hoạt động trong lĩnh vực xử lý nợ hoặc luật sư hoặc tòa án/viện kiểm sát/thi hành án

Ngoại ngữ (Tiếng Anh): Theo quy định của Công ty từng thời kỳ

Kiến thức chuyên môn:

• Am hiểu về hệ thống quy định pháp luật Việt Nam, đặc biệt các quy định pháp luật dân sự, kinh doanh thương mại, tài chính ngân hàng, quy định pháp luật về tố tụng dân sự, các quy định pháp luật hình sự, quy định pháp luật về tố tụng hình sự, quy định pháp luật liên quan đến hoạt động thi hành án...
• Am hiểu về hệ thống các cơ quan tư pháp, hành pháp của Việt Nam (Tòa án, VKS, Thi hành án)
• Am hiểu về nghiệp vụ XLN
