I’m inheriting an Privilege Banking Relationship Manager proposition here at UOB Vietnam - one of the largest bank in Southeast Asia

Key responsibilities:
• NTB Sales Management: Growing the portfolio, bring in new accounts & achieve sales target

• Portfolio Management: Deepen existing relationships, attrition management, sales strategies

• Marketing/ Cross sell: increase total portfolio nd referrals of other banking products

• Compliance: local policies, SOPs & SBV, AML/ CFT

• Service quality: To promote the highest level of customer service and responsiveness to Privilege Clients.

Key requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree:two years proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent

• high net worth clients

• Strong communication, influencing skills

• Requires superior analytics and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• A strong & assertive communicator in speaking & writing

• Able to communicate well in English and local languages
