2. Responsibilities:
2.1 Cash activities:
- To ensure Teller’s cash balance and Bank’s cash balance at the day end comply with internal policy and insurance policy.
To make sure cash transactions complied with internal and external policies
To be responsible for cash daily reports and other cash reports as required.
- To process withdrawal and deposit from/ to SBV HCM or other local banks to meet client’s requirements. And to perform daily check of teller’s vault.
2.2 Process Corporate Account opening related tasks, FTD and Loan
To process FTD new, amend, close
To process loan new, update, settlement.
To process international inward remittance
Fund tracing when informed by front lines (for loan settlement, FTD or other uses of clients)
- To process cash collection for corporate clients
2.3 Report and other duties
- Cash reports and other cash periodical reports
- Weekly pending report for the assigned tasks

Other assignments required by the Head of Operations or Senior officer from time to time

Cash safety
Team work
Number and accuracy of transactions processed
Regulatory breaches: level of fines and its seriousness.
Number of outstanding items which are not handed in properly manner and in time which lead to loss or to affect bank’s reputation
Suspense and Clearing accounts are reconciled as soon as they are found
Statistics and reports are completed accurately and by deadlines.
I’d like to add in here the main requirements for this position:
At least 1-2 years of experience in the same position at your current bank. Speically in cash management.
Strong written and verbal English skills
As there is no training, we’ll only recruit experienced people.

Strong Eng Skill: tellers don’t use much English, they learnt about the program and system at the beginning and knew by heart when they were working
