Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of Risk Management including market risk, credit risk, interest risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and other associated risks of the Branch;
• Implementing strategies to minimize exposure and maintain control;
• In charge of drafting and implementing risk management’s policy and procedures to identify, measure and monitor risks;
• Creating and managing credit policy and procedures in accordance with Vietnam's and HO’s approval process and credit standard;
• Conducting loan portfolio reviews and ensuring the adequacy of loan manual;
• Verification of risk rating accuracy;
• Preparing periodic reports;
• Other tasks upon requests of Senior Managers or/and General Director.

Requirement:

• Graduated from Economics/ Banking/ Finance major;
• Having comprehensive risk management knowledge;
• At least 2 years of banking experience at the same position;
• Analytical skills and reporting skills;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills;
• Be proactive, responsible.
