Job description:

  1. Cash Operations:[/I][/B]
  • Control and maintain the branch’s cash balance, provide cash deposit & withdrawal services to customer, handle foreign exchange of cash transactions, handle the order of cash transportation issues for local & foreign cash currencies
  • Report to the State Bank of Vietnam on cash operations
    2. Counter Services
  • Receive customer application for remittance over counter, check content, verify signature, check evidence/supporting documents in association with remittance application received
  • Handle customer’s transactional telephone and counter inquiries relating to cash, deposit and remittance transactions
  • Handle the sending/delivery of bank A/C’s statement, credit/debit advices over counter, by fax, postal mail and email.
  • Issue bank’s confirmation to customer as required by local rules /customers
    3. Account Opening
  • Counter-check legal documents and checklist for customer account opening, update and custody of customer account documentation.
  • Handle customer’s request for documentation guidance of account information change, update related Control System
  • Handle the input of account opening/modification/closure in to system.
  • Control dormant accounts and returned mails.

Requirements:

  • Male or female from 27 ~ 30 years old
  • Good command in English
  • University graduate in banking, finance or accounting area
  • At least three years of experience in banking cash & deposit operations/services
  • Good understanding of local law on foreign exchange control and investment
  • Strong customer service skill, good accounting knowledge is a must
  • Carefulness, accuracy and execution skill strongly are required
  • Sense of responsibility, team work manner is a must and leadership skill is a plus
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
