JOB DESCRIPTION

[li]Direct and control the operations process to meet standard level agreement (SLA), minimize operational loss and comply with group pocilies[/li][li]Identify potential business opportunities for GTRF[/li][li]Keep Business development team/ RMs updated of customers performance and their business plan to maximize returns[/li][li]Provide excellent services to customers[/li][li]Manage customer complaints[/li][li]Establish and maintain customer relationship by customer visits/entertainments with Business development and/or RMs[/li][li]Contribute to the development of team members[/li][li]Manage underperformance[/li][li]Contribute to the improvement/streamlining of operation process[/li][/ul]
JOB REQUIREMENT
[ul]
[li]2-3 years experience in banking - international trade producst and customer services.[/li][li]Thoroughly understand international practices:UCP600, URC, URR, ISBP, ISP, URDG…[/li][li]CITF/CDCS/CSDG is an advantage[/li][li]University degree with major in Banking and Finance or Economic[/li][li]Customer and results oriented[/li][li]Good command in English (both in written and oral)[/li][li]Good knowledge of trade products and International Rules applied such as: UCP 600, ISBP, URC, URDG, ISP etc[/li][/ul]
