Senior Officer, Product and Solution (40000647)

Implement / coordinate the implementation of activities of Product và Solution department of the Division:

1.Product/ Solution/ Journey design, embedded with customer experience required

2.Product/ Solution/ Journey policy và guidelines

3.Provision of training knowledge on Product/ Solution/ Journey

4.Other tasks assigned by line manager/Head of department

1.Implementing/coordinating the development and administration of policies related to customers, receiving legal and policy information documents from internal departments/state agencies and assessing impacts on policies/products/solutions/packages/business programs of the Division. Develop, adjust and standardize the policies/products/solutions/packages/business programs of the Division in accordance with the law and Techcombank's policies.

2.Conduct/co-ordinate feasibility assessment and ideation, development planning, testing, deployment and management of policies/products/solutions/business program và campaign

3.Implementation/coordination of design, adjustment of operation/service processes, improvement and automation of processes, management of the customer experience process according to the customer journey or each product process /products/solutions/Biz Pro/campaign...

4.Implementing/coordinating the development of a pricing policy framework/pricing policy for products/solutions/package or business customers

5.Implement/coordinate performance and portfolio management from the perspective of customer journey/product/Biz Pro/campaign/solution...

6.Participate in projects related to building and managing customer journeys / building products / product packages / Biz Pro / campaigns / solutions...

7.Participate in training programs to improve capacity and skills

8.Other tasks assigned by management

• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
• Priority to have a master's degree or higher

Minimum 5 years working experience in banking/finance/credit/marketing with:

• Understanding of solutions to improve performance of CIBG (resource, system, operations, risk management)
• Understanding of banking activities
• Understanding of strategy, business model, CVP
• Mimimum TOEIC 550 or equivalent
