Senior Creative Designer (AI-driven)

The Creative Team is seeking a Senior Creative Designer with strong aesthetic judgment, advanced conceptual thinking, and the ability to effectively integrate AI into the creative process within a banking environment.

This role is responsible for leading concept development and key visual execution for brand and product campaigns, while contributing to the enhancement of visual standards and design systems across the organization.

Concept & Creative Development

• Lead the development of creative ideas and visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal branding initiatives.
• Translate business and marketing briefs into compelling visual directions.
• Develop basic video scripts and content outlines for branding, product, and social video assets.

Key Visual & Design Execution

• Create and refine Key Visuals, visual systems, and campaign guidelines ensuring consistency and high aesthetic standards.
• Deliver high-quality design assets across digital and offline platforms (social, banner, landing page, POSM, event materials, etc.).
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and compliance requirements in a financial/banking context.

AI Integration & Innovation

• Research and apply AI tools (image generation, AI video, design automation, etc.) to enhance creative efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to establishing best practices and guidelines for AI usage within the team.

Creative Excellence

• Participate in internal reviews and mentor junior designers where appropriate.
• Support the development of shared asset libraries and scalable design systems.
• Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies.

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in creative design, branding, agency, or in-house environments.
• Proven experience in developing key visuals for integrated campaigns.
• Experience in finance, banking, or corporate branding is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual solutions.
• Ability to develop basic video scripts and structured content concepts.
• Experience applying AI tools in creative workflows is a strong plus.
