• Maintain centralized control of all IT licenses across VPBank, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and legal requirements.
• Review, track, and audit license usage to identify optimization opportunities and avoid underutilization or over-licensing.
• Advise senior leadership on cost-effective licensing models and renewal strategies that align with operational and business growth.
• Establish and enforce processes for license request, allocation, and retirement in line with IT governance.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable licensing terms, renewals, and adjustments to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Lead and participate in IT procurement activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Define technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and scoring mechanisms for vendor selection.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and service levels with vendors to achieve the best balance of cost, quality, and value.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure procurement decisions align with business needs and IT strategy.
