Education

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, or other related fields.
• Strong academic foundation in machine learning, generative AI, and statistical modeling.

Experience

• 14+ years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, and model development at scale.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing analytics and AI teams.
• Proven expertise in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, Scala, Java, Tableau, and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Strong technical background in numerical sciences and AI product development.
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide digital and AI transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of generative AI technologies and their application in financial services.
• Recognized industry expert in data, AI, and analytics, with knowledge of emerging trends and technologies.
