Executive Assistant

This role exists to increase the leader’s effectiveness by driving priorities forward, enabling well‑informed decisions, and ensuring critical matters are actively followed through.

Own the leader’s calendar and priorities so time is spent on high‑impact work, not reactive activities.

Track commitments, drive follow‑ups, and close loops. Work does not stall because “someone forgot”.

• Decision Support (Banking & Finance)

Prepare, review, and challenge financial and banking‑related content so decisions are based on solid logic, not assumptions.

Question unclear logic, highlight risks, and offer alternative views when something does not make sense.

• Clear Communication

Provide short, sharp updates in Vietnamese and English — focused on status, blockers, and next steps.

• Strong foundation in banking and finance; able to understand and work with complex content.

• Excellent planning, prioritization, and follow‑up discipline.
• Communication:
• Vietnamese: concise, direct, outcome‑driven. English: excellent (professional working level or above).

Strong candidates may come from banking, finance, insurance, securities, or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of tangible results.

• Performs best in environments that value clarity, speed, and substance over hierarchy and bureaucracy.
