<h2>Mô tả công việc</h2><ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Quản trị các chỉ số hiệu quả hoạt động, phân tích đánh giá bảng cân đối kế toán, báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh, quản lý tài sản nợ- tài sản có, độ lệch thanh khoản và rủi ro lãi suất của ngân hàng.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Quản lý thanh khoản và các chỉ số an toàn thanh khoản của toàn hàng.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Cân đối nguồn vốn – sử dụng vốn đảm bảo hiệu quả sử dụng vốn của ngân hàng</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Xây dựng, ban hành bảng giá mua bán vốn nội bộ và quản lý lãi/lỗ mua bán vốn nội bộ với ĐVKD</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Tham gia triển khai các dự án nâng cao chuẩn mực quản trị rủi ro thanh khoản của ngân hàng</span></li>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Ngoại hình: ưa nhìn, Nam: Chiều cao 1m65 trở lên, Nữ: Chiều cao từ 1m56 trở lên</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Trình độ: Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Tài chính, Ngân hàng hoặc các chuyên ngành khác có liên quan.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Hiểu biết về quản trị nguồn vốn, quản trị thanh khoản của TCTD</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Ứng viên có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Tài chính Ngân hàng, 02 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý từ Trưởng bộ phận hoặc tương đương.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Có khả năng:</span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Tầm nhìn và hoạch định chính sách, chiến lược</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Quản lý, điều hành; kiểm tra, giám sát và đánh giá công việc;</span></li>
