Job description:
This is a full-time intern role based in Phu My Hung, Dist.7, HCMC. The internship duration is 3 months starting immediately.
The intern is responsible for either front office role (e.g. Call Center, Collections) or back office one (e.g. Cards Operations, Consumer Finance, MIS, IT, Sourcing). This is the opportunity for interns to learn and work in the really international environment. These roles provide services to all customer types by ensuring all necessary actions are conducted in a friendly and timely manner within agreed response times.
Accountabilities depend on each kind of roles
Front office role
- Provide a friendly and timely services to all customer types
- Call the customers for product promotion/information update/ late repayment
- Answer customers’enquiries
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Back office role
- Upload customer applications and input data in the system
- Upload contract,vendor information in the system
- Support in sharepoint maintenance
- Support in solving user request on hardware/software issues.
- Support in other administration work
Requirements:
- Strong communication in English and Vietnamese
- Strong commitment to customer services
- Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be open and honest attitude aligned to the ANZ Values
- Good keyboard and computer skills
