I. Mô tả công việc:
1. Business analytics:
- Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision making.
- Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommending actions for optimization
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
- Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards
- Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
2. ALM & Balance sheet management:
- Assist head of central finance in ratio management and forecast of LDR, Short term funding for medium long term lending ratio, CAR ratio,...
- Propose balance sheet structure with growth targets of lending, deposit, interbank, investments to optimize profitability and comply with financial & risk ratios regulation.
- Recommend intervention action and coordinate with other business division for implementation.
- Prepare data warehouse and automate report on this area.
3. Other:
- Assist in the management of regulatory, rating agency and investor relations agendas relating to balance sheet management.
- Support in bankwide strategic planning.
- Business intelligence regarding bank balance sheet.Other tasks assigned by head of central finance
II. Yêu cầu công việc:
Required:
- Strong financial analysis foundation. At least 2 years experience in audit, financial analyst or market risk balance sheet management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools is helpful ( SQL, Business Objects)
- Knowledge of bank balance sheet and basic accounting principle.
- Good logical thinking and critical reasoning.
- Attention to detail, professional attitude.
- FRM/CFA/ACCA is an advantage.
