Job descriptions:
- Focusing on acquisition activities by getting Mortgage Loan customers and/or cross-sell personal banking products
- Meeting the business sales growth plan by achieving personal target.
Requirements:
- Generation of new business of mortgage via direct sales activities and relationship with developers / real estate trading floor.
- Use of effective sales plan to achieve personal target
- Providing customer service at good quality and service standards as set out by the Bank
- Attending regular training in order to provide competent service excellence to customers
- Ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and standards, local laws and regulations
- Ensuring the work environment safe and free from risks relating to Health & Safety.
Qualification:
- University Degree or relevant
- At least 02-year experience in Mortgage is preferable
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team with various levels
- Focused, achievement-oriented, excellent customer service oriented
- Good sales and communication skills
- Self-motivation and high commitment
