Job Description

• We are hiring C&B Senior Executive, welcome who is young, active and have passion in HR field!

• HR Department

Objection:

• Conduct C&B packages and make sure matching with internal and Vietnam regulation.

Deligation & Authority:

• Propose the C & B packages based on the internal budget and market.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage the monthly payroll for all branches accurately and timely.

• Make the bonus and other benefits as regulations.

• Control the salary budget.

• Prepare new labor contracts, renew ones and follow-up the relevant decisions.

• Make a market survey about C & B and suggest the increasing salary planning.

• Control and analyze the C & B budget monthly, quarterly and yearly.

• Guide and assist all branches GA (Genaral Affair team) about the salary structure as internal policy.

• Administrate the salary documents and update the database.

• Supervise and check the insurance.

• Conduct the tax code, dependent.

• Manage the holiday control.

• Co-operate with GA department for birthday and business allowances.

• Co-operate with GA, Loan Dept for settlement all jobs relating to resignation cases.

Job Requirement

• BA of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field.

• At least 03 year experience in C & B field

• Good command of insurance, labor law, PIT regulations.

• Time Management skills.

• Good Communication

• Good inter-personal, co-ordination & solving skill

• Good at figure and analysis

• Good Microsoft office

• PIT & labor Certification

• Honest, teamwork and careful.

• Prefer working experience in multination company
