JOB DESCRIPTION
- Save, print out files of outstanding MM lists
- Arrange docs for storage in the morning time.
- Stamp, fax/scan MM contracts, send out to the counterparty
- Close incoming message MT200/202/210/900/910 on screen [9527]
- Print and check incoming messages such as credit/debit advice, statement in AITHER, CITAD and VCB-Money system
- Follow up related incoming/ outgoing money
- Follow up original MM contracts to store docs
- Check status of outgoing message end of day
- Confirm the deal with counterparty via recording phone system (if any), follow up till getting the original doc with proper authorized signature and stamp, then do filling as current regulation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree from University of Banking/Economics/Foreign Trade, etc.
- Good in treasury back office and accounting management
- Good analysis
- Team working
- English fluency in speaking and writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- At least 1 years of working experiences in banking (Treasury back office is preferred)
- Main assignment: Interbank money market transactions (settle value/ maturity deals).
- Back-up jobs: Internal fund transfer, valuable papers such as bond, certificate of deposit, bond REPO/FX transactions (settle value/ maturity deals).
