JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle Portfolio Outbound calling bases including but not limited to Card Retention, Activation, Cross-sell, Re-issuance, other campaigns if any to increase customers’ engagement as well as to boost up sales revenue.
- Achieve and aim to exceed assigned targets
- Understand customers’ needs to provide proper offers to get customers’ agreement
- Strictly compliance with the bank’s process, guidelines and work instructions
- Attend training/ meetings to improve skills and share knowledge/ experience to other team members
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required from management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- College or Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance or Business
- Experience in Banking Telesales/ Outbound sales with telephone communication skill is an advantage
- Discipline, enthusiastic and Customer service oriented
- Strong attention to details with high accuracy
- Microsoft Office skills
- Time management, negotiation, teamwork skills
