JOB DESCRIPTION
The role is responsible for performing verification of credit applications (Personal Loan, Credit Card) whilst ensuring excellent in customer service and adherence to Credit Policy and service level agreements. Key responsibilities include:

• Validate customer information via telephone call and cross-check with reliable sources of information
• Calculate qualified credit limit based on verified income and Credit Guidelines and proposed to CAD holders for credit decision
• Ensure to meet the targeted performance with good performance indicators, ratio or errors/ re-processes/ wastes
• Contribute initiatives in team to improve current processes
• Ensure current procedure/ guidelines are strictly followed
• Maintain the highest performance via stable and quality output
• Comply with Shinhan policies, processes and standards and within legal and regulatory requirements

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Knowledge of lending policies, procedures and documentation
• Demonstrated experience in handling a high volume customer service and complex operational area
• Strong customer focus
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
