JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Objective: To complete with high accuracy within reasonable time assignment related to multi aspects of credit activity, including loan policy, guideline, internal and external report, portfolio planning, market watch.
2. Working Relationship:

• Internal: Credit analysis, Credit Collection, Financial Planning, Loan Review, Compliance, Risk management, Business Development, Branches and others
• External: State Bank, other banks and associations

3. Duties:

• Regulation and planning in relation to Credit activities of the Bank, especially in Corporate Banking products (including Loan, Corporate Bonds, Derivatives, off-shore,…)
• Managing and improvement of policy and process for Corporate Banking fields, including but not limited to controlling policy, guidelines, DOI and forms
• Supervising Branches/TOs in execution ad-hoc customers
• Conducting research in order to develop regulations related to the corporate loan business in specific geographic areas
• May perform other related duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT

• At least 3 years’ experience in Credit, corporate investment (bonds, stock)
• Experience in law of economic is a plus
• Strong legal sense
• Intensive understanding of banking products especially corporate loan and corporate investment
• Good knowledge on managing Risk management and Asset liability management
• Excellent office software skill (excel, word, power point)
• Teamwork, treat people with respect
• Interpersonal skills
• Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking
• Self-motivation
• Work under pressure
• Fluent English
