Main tasks:
This is a full-time intern role based in Phu My Hung, Dist.7, HCMC. The internship duration is 3 months starting from end of Oct 2012.
The Intern is responsible for managing delinquent customer accounts and accurate record maintenance for all customer contacts by applying the appropriate collections processes and strategies. This role provides service to all customer types by ensuring all necessary actions are conducted in a friendly and timely manner within agreed response times.
Accountabilities:
- Identify and refer accounts that present non-standard, unacceptable or higher risk circumstances
- Provide a friendly and timely service to all customer types
- Call the customers for late repayment
- Record collection activity and customer interactions on internal systems with appropriate diary follow up.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Apply the appropriate ANZ Collections processes and strategies
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Well developed communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Open & honest attitude aligned to the ANZ Values
- Sound clerical and numerical skills
- Good keyboard & PC skills, especially Excel
