Job description:

- To handle welfare & benefits for staff
- To follow up/ control staff’s attendance
- To prepare & control offer letters, labor contracts/ annex
- To prepare all reports regarding labors and compulsory insurances to local authorities
- To arrange annual healthcheck for local staff
- To control claims regarding healthcare & accident insurances
- To handle all procedures for new/ return expatriates including visa, work permit, residence card and belongings logistics
- To handle all procedures for new/ resign staff
- To control/ update HR database
- To prepare monthly reports regarding personnel to Head Office
- To control HR filling system
- Other HR related issues assigned by Department Head


- University Graduated
- Good command in English
- Having at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Good sense of team-work and responsibility
- Result oriented and being careful person
