Job description:
- Be in charge of operational planning functions including:
+ Review internal operation procedures
+ Set up internal procedures for new products
+ Coordinate with other departments to review the inter-department work-flow, provide system tools to facilitate the smooth operations and reporting functions
+ Analyze the trend of transaction volume, operational error and operation risks to propose counter preventive measures and or ideas to enhance the operation efficiency
+ Be in charge of Business Continuity Plan
- Other duties assigned by Operation Manager/DH
Requirements:
- Male or female between 25 & 28 years old
- University graduate or above
- Good command in English
- Good understanding of banking services/products
- At least three years of experience in banking operations
- Good communication and execution skill
- Analysis skill is strongly required
- Basic knowledge of IT background is preferable
- Willing to work overtime and under high pressure
- Creative and responsible personality
- Team work manner
