Main tasks:
- To maintain close contact as well as good relationship with existing customers for soliciting more business.
- To act as “supporting staff” for business promotion staff. Handling customer inquiry on behalf of them.
- To prepare all necessary documents and proceed to internal work to settle customer requests.
Requirements:
- University degree in Banking, Finance or related fields
- Experience in the same position in banking sector is preferable; the job title would be adjusted according to applicants’ experience
- Excellent skills in financial report analysis;
- Good background and understanding of financial / accounting principles and concepts;
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (especially writing skills); Japanese capacity is an advantage;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; sense of teamwork, responsibility, initiative, hardworking;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent office computer skills.
