JOB DESCRIPTION
1. HR Contact Center and HR Support

• Be responsible for various HR queries which requested by bankwide employees and managers.
• Support for tasks related to HR recruitment activities

2. Payroll

• Support for tasks related to payroll.
• Be responsible for payroll upon the absence of payroll manager.
• Assist in handling tasks which related to Personal Income Tax.
• Assist in monitoring tasks which related to Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• University (BA) or (BS) with 2-3 years experiences in HR (Payroll)
• Project management and problem solving skills
• Analytical skills and logical thinking
• Interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good understanding of Banking and organisational structure
• Labor regulations knowledge
• Good MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
