JOB DESCRIPTION
1. HR Contact Center and HR Support
- Be responsible for various HR queries which requested by bankwide employees and managers.
- Support for tasks related to HR recruitment activities
- Support for tasks related to payroll.
- Be responsible for payroll upon the absence of payroll manager.
- Assist in handling tasks which related to Personal Income Tax.
- Assist in monitoring tasks which related to Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- University (BA) or (BS) with 2-3 years experiences in HR (Payroll)
- Project management and problem solving skills
- Analytical skills and logical thinking
- Interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Good understanding of Banking and organisational structure
- Labor regulations knowledge
- Good MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
