JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist Retail Store Manager in operational task of the branch in general and in directing and controlling counter services. Build strong sales and service culture amongst counter staff and ensure that a high level of service is delivered to all customers. Contribute to the Bank’s profitability by assisting Retail Store Manager in the implementation of Branch’s business initiatives.
- The job holder also fulfills the role and responsibilities related to vault operations equivalent to that of the Chief Accountant, under Circular 01 from State Bank of Vietnam
- Assist BM in the implementation of RBWM’s initiatives, ensure that staff are conversant with the Bank’s products and services and can cross-sell or make referrals effectively.
- Manage individual tellers’ sales referral performance.
- Be proactive in referral activity to sales team to contribute more to the branch’s development
- Review procedures/work flow and introduce changes where necessary to improve efficiency and quality in accordance with Group’s requirements and standards.
  • By ensuring the smooth Counter Supporting Section so that it can effectively support the Front Line Counter staff to provide better services to customers.
  • Engage on the branch’s business to have business overview and support when required.
  • When Retail Store Manager is on leave or out of office, work with related authorities (SBV, Tax department, People of Committee…) on behalf of Retail Store Manager and the Bank for external issues i.e attend the meeting, audit/checking visit, feedback for official letter. Retail Store Deputy Manager can seek assistance from related internal support teams (if any)
  • Assists Retail Store Manager on operational task/issues.
  • Contributes to the branch’s performance by not only enhancing good customer service, strong operation at the counter but also the whole branch

JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Banking Operation: at least 3-year experience in personal banking with broad understanding of Group’s products
  • Understanding of HUB system: at least 3-year experience working with HUB system
  • Good communication/negotiation skills in Customer Service: 3-year experience in front-office job
  • Supervisory Management: at least 2 years supervisory experience
